Steel beam clamps (girder / flange clamp) that grip an I-beam flange with no welding or drilling — creating a fixed lifting or hanging point for hoists, threaded rod, pipe and bracing. 1–10 ton WLL, safety factor 5:1.
A beam clamp grips the flange of a steel I-beam or girder to make a strong, fixed point — without welding or drilling the structure. Turn the screw to set the jaw onto the flange; the clamp can be repositioned along the beam.
The lifting eye underneath carries hoists, threaded rod, pipe and bracing, making it the simplest way to hang services or lifting gear from existing steelwork. Sizes from 1 to 10 ton with a 5:1 safety factor.
Smaller screw clamps that grip a steel beam, channel or flange — for hanging rod, conduit and small pipe without welding or drilling.
ZoomSmall C-shaped beam clamp with a set screw and nut that grips the beam flange to form a hanging point for threaded rod and pipe. Cast / forged steel, galvanized.
ZoomBeam clamp with an integrated saddle that grips the beam flange on top and holds 20–50 mm conduit / pipe below — a one-piece beam-to-conduit hanger.
Heavy-duty screw beam clamps — 1 to 10 ton working load limit.
