Overview

One System, Every Service

A seismic bracing system is the engineered assembly of channel, braces, connectors and anchors that holds building services in place during an earthquake. Instead of letting pipes, ducts and cable trays swing, drop or rupture, the bracing transfers seismic forces back into the structure — protecting the services, the building and the people inside.

Our systems cover the full range of configurations seen on real MEP projects: single-pipe lateral and longitudinal braces, multi-pipe and trapeze racks, rectangular HVAC duct bracing, and cable tray bracing — all built from finished, compatible components for fast, repeatable installation.

Features

Why It Works

  • Resists seismic action from any horizontal direction with lateral, longitudinal and four-way braces.
  • Finished components throughout — channel, gusset connectors, swivel attachments — for fast, repeatable install.
  • Verified by calculation against carried loads; spacing per GB 50981.
  • Corrosion protection — electro-galvanized standard, hot-dip galvanized on request.
  • One-source supply — channel, braces, clamps and anchors from one factory.
Applications

Where It's Used

  • HVAC ductwork — rectangular and round duct.
  • Plumbing & mechanical piping — single and multi-pipe runs.
  • Fire sprinkler & standpipe — aligned with NFPA 13.
  • Cable tray & electrical — tray, conduit and busbar runs.
  • Hospitals, malls, schools, data centers, rail transit & utility tunnels.

FAQ

Common Questions

What is a seismic bracing system?
It's an assembly of channel, braces, connectors and anchors that restrains non-structural MEP services — pipe, duct, cable tray — during an earthquake and transfers the load into the building structure.
What's the difference between lateral and longitudinal bracing?
Lateral bracing resists side-to-side movement (perpendicular to the run); longitudinal bracing resists movement along the axis of the run. Most installations use both, with four-way bracing at key locations.
Which services can be braced?
Single and multiple pipes, trapeze (multi-service) racks, rectangular HVAC duct and cable tray — covering water, fire-protection, HVAC and electrical systems.
Are the systems code-compliant?
Yes. Components and spacing follow GB 50981 and align with IBC / NFPA 13 principles, and can be verified by calculation against the loads carried.
Do you offer OEM and project BOM support?
Yes — OEM/ODM, custom drilling and lengths, hot-dip galvanizing on request, plus full project BOM and shop-drawing support, with documentation in 13 languages.
